Agentic engineering so far has been a solo story: one developer and a dozen agents moving at warp speed. But speed without thoughtful planning and team alignment is just wasting tokens.
My takeaway: Collaborative AI Engineering — Maggie Appleton, GitHub Next is an agent-security signal. The practical read is that autonomy, memory, tool permissions, and third-party integrations are the control surface that needs threat modeling and monitoring.
